First, imagine the "Mission Impossible" theme playing in the background while your read.
According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), there are about 580,000 people in the United States experiencing homelessness on any given night. In addition, there are an estimated 16,000,000 (16 million) unoccupied, empty homes in this country on any given night. That adds up to almost 28 homes for each of the homeless.
Your task, should you choose to accept it, is to get these people into a home. It really shouldn't be an impossible task.
