There are no solutions to societies problems; only trade offs. All solutions create or acerbate other problems.
I buy it. Remember that the next time a politician tells you he has a solution to our problems. Does that mean we should do nothing? Sometimes, Yes! For sure, work to foresee what problems a solution bring us.
