 FAT

The world spends a lot of time combating fat.  It's not good for us humans any more.  When we were cave people hunting and gathering, it was a safeguard for the aging .  When you got older, it was more difficult to hunt and/or gather.  So, the body stored more fat.  The bad fat is not those love handles bulging out of your shirt or blouse.  It's not even the extra padding you have while seated.  It's that fat deep inside your body surrounding your organs.  

How to combat it?  Exercise!  Strength work!  Diet!  

You need all three.  Exercise can be walking, running, biking or the like.  Strength work means moving weighty objects around.  Diet is an eating regimen that you can do for a lifetime.  A lifetime!
