Talk to your God - you know God is listening.  Go ahead.  You can do it.  Do it in your own words.  No one else will know.  No one else on earth will know what you say.  There can be no embarrassment.  Whatchagotta lose?  See how it makes you feel.  It will be much easier the second time and, after a short while, it will seem normal.
