Oh, those Reds. Never Always a dull moment. Our boys lost two with the weak Nationals and then traveled to Atlanta to be one-hit by the Braves. Not a good start but not to worry. It got worse. They got shutout; they stumbled into a one-run win while losing their best pitcher and then squandered another in estra-innings. On top of that, they didn't even look good doing it. Off to Houston, to play the Astros. They started with their best pitcher, Hunter Brown (no relation to Hunter Greene). He skinked us.
Last Saturday, Sovereignty came out of the pack and out-ran Journalism to take the Run for the Roses and win the Kentucky Derby on a sloppy track. Next up, the Preakness in two weeks.

In Texas on Sunday, Scotty Scheffler showed the rest of the pro golfers how to play the game. He won with a record tying 31 under par for the four rounds. He is a machine.
The Bengals welcomed the new guys to the practice field and counted the number of injured from last year with fingers from both hands. Joe Burrow was at a domestic fashion show this year with his 22-year-old housekeeper. Trey Hendrickson is still living in Limbo.
