MIDWEEK PRAYER

 It's New Years Eve.  

Certainly, a good day to say a prayer.  

Whatcha wanna pray for?    

Family?   Friends?   Health?   Wealth?   Peace?   Happiness?   All that and more?

Let's go back.  To whom are you praying?  

Are you really just praying to get something?  

Prayer is talking to your God.  Surely, you must have more to tell him than just "what you want."

I suggest you try just saying thanks...thanks for all the good things you have received.  You know it could be worse.  Just like you and me, God loves to hear someone say "Thanks!"
