1) Sleep is important!

2) Sleep is important for your body AND your brain.

3) Lack of sleep will cause you body’ s defense mechanisms to fail. You will get sick more often!

4) Lack of sleep can effect your mood, behavior and ability to think clearly.

5) Some sleep disorders can be very dangerous.



DO THIS

1) Set a time to go to bed and keep it.

2) Make sure your bed is comfortable and quiet.

3) Exercise in the evening but not one hour before bed time.

4) Do not eat anything two hours before bed time.

5) Practice deep breathing.
