CINCINNATI SPORTS
The Bengals are practicing and the Reds are still in the race. Life is good in Cincinnati.
No one can say the Reds aren't trying. They've turned over their whole bullpen in the last two weeks. It was, for sure, there most glaring defect. They still don't seem that good to me. But, I have to admit, they could catch the Cards as easily as hold on to the wild card. They just need to stay healthy and get Griffey swinging the way he can.
It will be amazing if the Bengals can get it together for the first four games. We know Odell will be out. Lets hope he is available for the next twelve. Palmer could play from the start but I still doubt it. I actually think he might not play all year. If he does play, the odds are better after the fourth game. They have to find a way not to get blown out of the race in the first month.

i agree with you on the reds, but i have to believe that carson will be just fine. they've got lineman fighting for contracts to protect him. marvin has made it clear they will move on without odell and they got a lot of help on defense in other positions, so that losing odell is not as big a deal as everyone has made. who dey!
