CATS

On my route to Sharon Woods where I walk almost every day is a rather new SPCA animal shelter.  They have a very nice building with a fancy digital lighted sign near the roadway.  My daughter, Stacey, was recently encouraging me to stop there and adopt a dog.  Well, for about the last six months, the sign has read:

I stopped in yesterday.  There was a nice lady at a desk to greet you.  I said to her, "You're never going to get rid of those cats unless you start offering more money."  

She had no sense of humor.
