I saw a first for me yesterday. A car pulled up along side me that had a Puerto Rico license plate. It said "Isla Del Encanto" (the island of enchantment, literally or maybe, paradise). How rare is that?
How did he get to Ohio? Does Garmin have a route he can drive? Did they build a bridge? I've been to Puerto Rico and I saw no way to drive to the mainland.
You might think it was a duck boat like we were on in West Palm Beach. No, I looked for a propeller. It was a standard new Acura. Pretty cool.
