SUNDAY SERVICE

Today we hear Mark's version of "the first shall be last and the last shall be first."  Jesus rebuked the 'Twelve' for arguing about which of them was the greatest.  He used a small child, who was in a house with them, to indicate the least important of all people.  He could have used a poor person if one were with them or any disadvantaged person.  He told them in essence, "If you take care of a little one like this and place it above yourself, you will be taking care of me."   Be a good person.
