WATER

(My apologies to the people suffering so much from the deluge of rains in South Carolina.)

Its very dry in our area.  Don't forget to water plants and trees - especially young ones.  We usually have a good deal of rain this time of year but it's been lacking so far.

The Fall season is good growing and rooting time for anything perennial.  This is the best time of year to plant trees and fertilize, repair or overseed your lawn.  I've learned in my old age what a joy it is to be proud of your yard.
