There is no limit to the number of organizations or magazines that publish a best cities list.  It's become an industry in itself.  Just Google best cities and see what you find;  best cities to live in; best cities for older people; best cities for younger people; best large cities; best small cities; best cities for the arts; best cities for education; best cities to retire in;  most livable cities; best cities to raise a family in; best cities to visit; cities where you can still buy a house on a $50,000 salary !!!!  Cincinnati is in that one.  What can I say?
