It is estimated that there are 100,000 homeless people living on the streets of  Los Angeles, California. 

San Francisco has the highest percentage of unsheltered homeless people relative to its population of any large city in the country.

It was reported recently, that more people are exiting San Francisco than any other major U.S. city.

Ohio's top tax rate is below 5% and in California you could pay up to 13.3% to the state.  A $50K earner pays less than 3.5% in Ohio and 8% in sunny California.
