One of the great questions of our time is: Does our "freedom of speech" include the right to "lie"? We've all heard the example that it does not cover yelling "fire" in a movie theater when there is none. This is because someone could get hurt trying to exit. I contend that telling a lie always risks someone getting hurt. Intentional lies should be punishable by ... wait, this does this include bloggers?
