HERITAGE

Here is a recap of the Lysaght side of my family in prosaic not tree form.   Why?  I just felt like it.

My Great Grandfather was Patrick Lysaght.  He was born in County Clare, Ireland in 1847.  He came to America when he was very young with his parents who were escaping the Irish Potato Famine.  He met and married Annie Cullen here, an Irish lass born in 1850.  Patrick died in 1934 age 87 and Annie in 1899 age 49.

Those two had a three sons and a daughter; William, Edward, Lillian and Harry Joseph who was my grandfather.  He was born in 1878 when his parents were 31 and 28.  Harry married Corine (Cora) Tindall who was born in 1880.  Together they had eleven children.

The first was Lillian A. Lysaght 1898-2002; then Rose Anna Marie 1900-1955; Harold J 1902-1962; Helen 1904-1920; Robert Emmett 1906-1970; Ruth C. Lysaght 1909-1911; Lawrence Richard 1912-1975; Agnes 1914-2002; Rodger 1916-1983; Stanley P. 1917-1987; Donald J 1920-2007, my father.
