We've reached the beginning of another week. Make up your mind to make it a good one. Make a plan. If there is something you really need to do and have been putting it off, block out a time to do it. It makes life so much easier when there is nothing just hanging - at least, not too much. Catch up this week. You'll be glad you did. Make no mistake, even if you do catch up, there will be other tasks to take its place. That's what makes life interesting.
Smile - smile at others you don't even know. It'll make them feel better and I can almost guarantee, you look better when you are smiling. When you're smiling, the whole world smiles with you. When you're laughing, the sun comes shining through. So keep on smiling!
