THANKSGIVING DAY

'tis the day for giving thanks.  We've heard a lot about supply chains recently.  If you've never been part of a business, this may be a foreign concept.  Here's how it works for today!

Lord, we thank you for our turkey dinner.  We thank the one who carved the turkey.  We thank the one who delivered it to our table.  We thank the chef who cooked it.  We thank the one who traveled to the store to select this bird.  We thank the store who purchased it and displayed it.  We thank the trucker who delivered it to the store.  We thank the farmer who raised it and processed it for delivery.  We thank the farmer who raised the makings for the feed the fowl ate.  We thank those who build the store.  We thank those that made the truck.  We thank those that made the fence that kept our bird enclosed until it's time had come.  We thank those who made the knife that slit the throat of our bird.  We thank those who made the machines that defeathered the turkey we are about to eat.  We thank those that made the roads upon which the truck traveled to delivery the turkey to the store.  We thank those that made the diesel fuel that powered the truck that traveled the road to delivery the turkey to the store.  I'm tired - is the turkey still warm?
Happy Thanksgiving.
