You may have noticed that only two of the six home underdogs won: Cleveland Browns and New York Jets. It turns out, it was a bad day for the home favorites; seven go down.
Like I said, don't bet any money you couldn't give away.
It may give you Bengal fans some consolation to keep in mind that The Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills also lost their openers. As bad as they looked on Sunday, I see the early line having Cincinnati favored by 3 points.
